Hi,

My name is Jo and I am a Remedial therapist, Dry-needling practitioner, Reiki Master and Astrologer.

I have trained in various massage techniques as well as other therapies such as cupping, dry needling, assisted yoga stretches as well as reiki healing.  I aim to tailor each treatment to your individual needs to achieve a more balanced state of Well-being.

I chose the name Metta therapies, because it represents the values of Kindness, Love and Compassion and the wish to improve one’s Wellness, which forms the basis of all my treatments.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my friends and my dogs, or going for a hike or long walks on the beach.
I also enjoy deepening my knowledge about Astrology and all things ezoterics.
